•Pre-party setup of tables, chairs, bar, decorations
•Buffet or dinner table setup
•Hors d’oeuvre prep and serve
•Replenish platter and/or buffet chafers as needed
•Coffee & dessert setup (including cake cutting & serving)
•Continual cleaning of party area, break down buffet and package up leftovers.
• Wash and put away all dishes , clean counters, sweep kitchen floor and wash if needed.
•Make sure all rental equipment is organized in a designated area
•Remove all garbage (including restroom) and recycle

•Set up bar station with all necessary materials glassware and ice
•Prepare garnish (cut lemons, prepare drink mixes, etc.)
•Serve your guests throughout the evening, while keeping a clean work area
•At end of event pack up all supplies, beer, soda etc. in original boxes
•Thoroughly clean the bar area
•Make sure all rental equipment is organized in a designated area

•Point person ( could also be 1 of the wait staff) for the party/event
•Coordinates with the event planner, DJ and all other event staff
•Delegates responsibilities to staff and handles any issues that should arise
•Keeps everything running smoothly, efficiently and on time

•Setup of grill area with supplies & clean area if needed before starting to grill
•Grill the hamburgers, hotdogs, or something more upscale like steak, fish or chicken to your specifications

When events booked a deposit of 1 hour service per booked staff member, is required at time of booking. The deposit will be applied towards payment on the day of your event. If you cancel your event, this deposit can be used for your future booking.

Our fee schedule for non-holidays is as follows:

Wait staff - $30. per hour
Bartenders - $30. per hour
Grill Master - $35. per hour
Kitchen help - $35. per hour
Event captain - $40. per hour
Chef - $45. per hour

For the most efficient and professional service possible, we recommend that you hire one.

1 wait staff for every 20-25 invited guests.
1 bartender for every 40-50 guests.
1 chef/kitchen help for over 50 guests.
1 grill master for every 60 guests.
1 Event Captain if 5 staff members are needed (Captain can be 1 wait staff as well).


Please call 973-650-4415 for holiday rates. Our rates are per staff member with a five-hour minimum. Of course, we can stay as long as you need us.  For an event that runs past 1 a.m., there will be a surcharge of $15. per hour per staff member.  This surcharge will not apply to New Year's Eve parties.
Payment is made by cash or check directly to each staff member at the end of your event less your 1 hour deposit. Do not make checks payable to Elite Party Staffing.

Quality service is customarily acknowledged with a gratuity.
